Sfriso Verde Frizzante
Nothing says local more than Verduzzo Trevigiano
We wanted to make a wine that is perfect for an afternoon garden party, or an afternoon hangout with friends. We envisioned it to be a slightly sparkling wine that is distinct and local, Verde Frizzante is the result.
The Legatura Spago (twine binding) closure of the bottle is a centuries-old tradition used by winemakers to prevent sparkling bottles from uncorking during natural fermentation. This binding is done manually.
Verde is a light, crispy, and fresh fizzy wine made with our Verduzzo Trevigiano grapes, a not so common native grape in our Province. It pairs perfectly with fun times and with Fritto Misto (deep-fried fish and vegetables).
