Sfriso Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
Apparently the only 8 months Long Charmat Method Prosecco you will ever find.
Prosecco was the sparkling wine we drank when we first met back in 1995. It was the main wine for our wedding in 2002, and we still drink it every day.
This Prosecco is unconventional due to its long charmat method of refermentation. In fact, it enjoyes up to 8 months of refermentation instead of the minimum requirement of only 30 days. This change resulted in finer bubbles, a fruitier and very delicate sparkling Prosecco.
It is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine that knows how to keep good company in every situation. It matches perfectly with appetizers, seafood, and surprisingly well with spicy dishes. Prosecco is also very suited for the preparation of cocktails if you need to impress guests!

“Based on my experience with Prosecco, I wasn’t expecting much more than enjoying a nice, pleasant wine at the Sfriso tasting, but, Wow! Way past ‘nice.’ This was the best Prosecco that I’ve ever had. Yes, ever!”

“When I enjoy a glass of Sfriso Prosecco, I especially love the exquisite little bubbles, the delicate yet fruity flavor, and the distinctive fermented aroma. It is like having a party in my mouth.”
Magnus Reuterdahl – writer at DinVinguide | #winelover
“I love Prosecco when it’s dry, bubbling fresh and has a nice fruity flavor with hints of pear and melon. When it is traditional and honest. That is how I perceive Sfriso’s Prosecco – it’s a perfect bubble for both everyday life and festive times.”
Johannes Kjellgren, from Sweden
“Having tasted several sparking wines in the past 20 years, the Sfriso Prosecco has become the reference point. Dry and easy to drink makes this a perfect match on its own or together with my favourite seafood from the Swedish westcoast”
Mariëlla Beukers, Wijnkronieken.nl
“Not your average prosecco at all! Left for long months on the lees, which gives it a more serious character, without losing its joyfullness. Enjoy with everything.”
Amy Catherine – visiting from Leeds, UK
